DIGI-STAR EZ 210 SCALE CALIBRATION
(USING KNOWN WEIGHT)
1.
Power
up the scale indicator and allow it to warm up for 5 minutes.
2.
Press
and hold the [NET/GROSS] key, then press and hold the [ON] key.
3.
LANGUAGE will appear on the display, then change to ENGLISH.
4.
Press
the [ON] key.
5.
P-ALM will appear on the display, then change to 100.
6.
Press
the [ON] key.
7.
TIME will appear on the display, then change to the current
time.
8.
Press
the [ON] key.
9.
DATE will appear on the screen, then change to the current
date.
10. Press the [ON] key.
11. MARQUE will appear on the display, then change to OFF.
12. Press the [ON] key.
13. MOTION will appear on the display, then change
to OFF.
14. Press the [ON] key.
15. D
RATE will appear on
the display, then change to 2.
16. Press the [ON] key.

18. Press the [ON] key.
19. ZTRACK will appear on the display, then change to OFF.
20. Press the [ON] key.
21. The scale will display the message:
PRESS NET/GROSS FOR CALIBRATION PRESS TARE FOR SETUP PRESS ON TO EXIT.
Press the [NET/GROSS] key for calibration.
22. LB-KG will appear on the display, then change to LB.
23. Press the [ON] key.
24. CAP will appear on the display, then
change to 40000.
25. Press the [ON] key.
26. COUNT will appear on the display, then
change to 10.
27. Press the [ON] key.
28. ZERO will appear on the display, then
change to a number. Press the [NET/GROSS] key, then the [ZERO] key to zero
balance the indicator.
29. Press the [ON] key.
30. ADD
WT will appear on the
display, then change to 0.
31. At this time, you will place a known
weight of at least 4000 lb. on the mixer.
32. Press the [ON] key.
33. Enter the number of the known weight
by pressing the [NET/GROSS] key to change the value of the flashing digit, and
[TARE] to change the position of the flashing digit in the number.
34. When the correct weight has been
entered, press the [ON] key to enter the calibration number into the scale.
