CALIBRATION FOR OMNI 504 SCALE

1. With the scale turned on press the [OMSI] key.

2. (SEC id) will be displayed.

3. Using the key pad press in the number 1 six times. It will appear as (- - - - - -)

4. Press the [ENTER] key.

5. (U id) will be displayed.

6. Using the [OMSI] key press it 9 times until (AutoC) is displayed.

7. At (AutoC), press and hold the [PRINT] key then press the [OMSI] key; unit will beep and Change to a number, release both keys. If the number displayed is not a 0 press the [0] key Then press the [ENTER] key.

8. (cb) will be displayed. Press [OMSI] key.

9. (dis UP) will be displayed. Press [OMSI] key.

10. (bal) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

11. (Ato) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

12. (AtC) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

13. (FS) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

14. (FoFF) will be displayed; press[OMSI]

15. (Fon) will be displayed; press[OMSI]

16. (FoC) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

17. (FP) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

18. (FC) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

19. (Lc) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

20. (Unit) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

21. (Cnt) will be displayed; press [OMSI]

22. (CAL) will be displayed; press [ENTER] key

23. (0-CAL) will be displayed; press [ZERO] key

24. (CAP) will be displayed; press [ENTER].

25. 40000 will be displayed. Press [ENTER]

26. (SPAN) will be displayed. LOWER WEIGHT RACK ON MIXER. PRESS [ENTER] key

27. (40000) will be displayed again. Using the key pad, enter the known value, the press the [ENTER] key.

28. Scale will display (Uid)

29. Press [NET/GROSS] key. Unit will show the calibrated value.

30. Remove weights, procedure is complete. Scale should go back to 0 pounds.

* NOTE: This procedure only applies to non-legal for trade OMNI 504 scales. If your scale is marked on the side of the case with a NTEP sticker with class III L nmax 5,000 div and a cert. # of 00-046 your scale is legal for trade.

* *NOTE: If you are using a platform scale as a reference, load your box with commodity at step number 25 assuming you have already established a empty weight on truck.
