NAVIGATING THE OMSI CONFIGURATION MODE OF THE OMNI 504

1. Press the [OMSI] key, (SEC id) will be displayed.
2. Using the key pad press in the number 1 six times, it will appear as ------. Press the ENTER key.
3. (Uid) displayed, press ENTER, factory set at 1. Used to identify one scale or truck from another when using the data card option. Press ENTER.
4. (ti) displayed, press ENTER, current time displayed. The time may be changed by using the number keys to enter in a new time in six-digit format.(24 hour format). Press ENTER.
5. (dt) displayed, press ENTER, current date displayed. The date may be changed by using the number keys to enter in a new date in six-digit format. Press ENTER.
6. (AL) displayed, press ENTER, 50 displayed. The Pre-Alarm weight may be changed by using the number keys to enter in a new value. 200 seems to be the best when the pre-alarm is used to warn operator of nearing completion. Press ENTER.
7. (rf) displayed, press ENTER, 1 displayed. A 1 entered here will configure the system to perform a PRINT function each time the RF Remote is activated. Press ENTER.
8. (Prt) displayed, press ENTER, 2 displayed, performs a print to printer only, 3 entered here will perform a print to printer and data card. Press ENTER.
9. (PS) displayed press ENTER, 0 displayed for normal mode of using the I.D.#s and PRESET weights. Press ENTER.
10. (Code) displayed, press ENTER, 111111 displayed. NOT recommended to change security code. Press ENTER.
11. (SoFt) displayed, press ENTER, this number displayed is a view only of the version of software used in the scale. Press ENTER
12. (AutoC) displayed. If not calibrating scale press the [NET/GROSS] to exit back to gross weighing mode.
