CHANGING CALIBRATION BETWEEN LOADCELLS AND WEIGHBARS FOR A OMNI 510 SCALE

 

1.With the scale turned on press the [OMSI] key.

2. (SEC  id) will be displayed.

3. Using the [NET/GROSS] key and the [TARE] key enter in the number 1 digit six times.

     The [TARE] key is the increment advance, and the [NET/GROSS] key is the position

     Advance. With the display showing (SEC  id) press the [TARE] key. Display now shows

     ‘0’ press the [TARE] key to change it to a number ‘1’. Then press [NET/GROSS] key, display

     now shows’10’. Press [TARE] key to change that zero to a ‘1’. Display now shows ‘11’.

     Press [NET/GROSS] key, display shows ‘110’. Press [TARE] key to change zero to a ‘1’.

     Keep repeating until all six number 1’s are displayed.

4. With all six number 1’s displayed press the [PRINT] key one time. The print key has now

     became the ENTER key.

5. (Uid) will be displayed.

6. Using the [OMSI] key press it 9 times until (AutoC) is displayed.

7. At (AutoC) press and hold the [PRINT] key ,then press the  [OMSI] key, unit will beep and then

    change to a number, let go of  both keys. Number displayed will be a ‘0’ or a ‘9’. At this time

    if changing calibration from loadcells to weighbars press the [TARE] key until the number displayed      

    is a ‘2’. If  changing calibration from weighbars to loadcells press [TARE] key until number

    displayed is ‘1’. With the desired calibration number now showing on the display, press the

    [PRINT] key. Scale will now display(Uid). Press [NET/GROSS] key to return scale to weighing

    mode.

 

AutoC 0:        Zero is used by the AutoC selection in the OMSI Mode to enter into the manual

                        Calibration mode.

 

AutoC 1:        Preset calibration for 4 30k loadcells with a system capacity of 40,000 lbs.

 

AutoC 2:        Preset calibration for 4 10k weighbars with a system capacity of 40,000 lbs.
