CALIBRATION FOR OMNI 510 SCALE

1. With scale turned on press the [OMSI] key.

2. (SEC id) will be displayed.

3. Using the [NET/GROSS] key and the [TARE] key enter in the number 1 digit six times.

The [TARE] key is the incriment advance, and the [NET/GROSS] key is the position

Advance. So. With the display showing (SEC Id) press the [TARE] key. Display now shows

“0" press [TARE] key to change it to a number “1". Then press [NET/GROSS] key, display

Now shows “10". Press [TARE] key to change that zero to a “1". Display now shows “11".

Press [NET/GROSS] key, display show “110". Press [TARE] key to change zero to a “1".

Keep repeating until all six number 1"s are diplayed.

4. With all six number 1"s displayed press the [PRINT] key one time. The print key has now became the ENTER key.

5. (Uid) will be displayed.

6. Using the [OMSI] key press it 9 times until (AutoC) is displayed.

7. At (AutoC) press and hold the [PRINT] key then press the [OMSI] key, unit will beep and then

Change to a number, let go of both keys. If the number displayed is not a 0(zero) change it to

A 0(zero) by pressing the [TARE] key until it is a 0. Then press the [PRINT] key.

8. (cb) will be displayed.

9. Press the [OMSI] key 14 times until [CAL] is displayed.

10. Press [PRINT] key to display (0-CAL). Press [ZERO] key.

11. (CAP) will be displayed. Press [PRINT] then 40000 displayed. Press [PRINT]

12. (SPAN) will be displayed. LOWER WEIGHT RACK ON MIXER. Press [PRINT].

13. (40000) displayed again. USING [NET/GROSS] KEY AND [TARE] KEY AS IN ABOVE

DIRECTIONS ENTER IN KNOWN VALUE THE PRESS [PRINT] KEY.

14. Scale will then go back and display (Uid).

15. Press[NET/GROSS] key, unit will then show calibrated value.

16. Lift off weights, procedure is completed. Scale should go back to 0 pounds.

*NOTE: If you are using a platform scale as reference, load your box with commodity at step number 12 assuming you have already established a empty weight on truck. Enter the net value of your commodity at step number 13.
