DIGI-STAR EZ 210 SCALE CALIBRATION
USING KNOWN WEIGHT.
1.Power up scale and allow it to warm up for 5 minutes.
2.Press and hold the [NET/ GROSS] key, then press and hold the [ON] key. CAL appears at the top of the display in small letters. This will indicate that the scale is in the calibration mode.
3.LANGUAGE will appear on the display, then change to English.
4. Press the [ON] key.
5.P-ALM will appear on the display, then change to 100.
6. Press the [ON] key.
7. TIME will appear on the display, then change to current time.
8. Press the [ON] key.
9.DATE will appear on the display, then change to current date.
10. Press the [ON] key.
11. MARGUE will appear on display, then change to off.
12. Press the [ON] key.
13. MOTION will appear on the display, then change to off.
14. Press the [ON] key.
15. D RATE will appear on the display, then change to 2.
16. Press the [ON] key.
17 W MTHD will appear on the display, then change to 1.
18 Press the [ON] key.
19. ZTRACK will appear on the display, then change to off.
20. Press the [ON] key.
21. Next the scale will scroll a message that says PRESS NET/GROSS FOR CALIBRATION-PRESS TARE FOR SETUP- PRESS ON TO EXIT. At this point you will press the [NET/GROSS] key for calibration.
22. LB- KG will appear on the display, then change to lb.
23. Press the [ON] key.
24. CAP will appear on the display, then change to 40,000.
25 Press the [ON] key.
26.COUNT will appear on the display, then change to 10.
27. Press the [ON] key.
28. ZERO will appear on the display, then change to a number. Press the [NET/GROSS] key then the [ZERO] key to zero balance the indicator.
29. Press the [ON] key.
30. ADD WT will appear on the display, then change to 0
31. At this point you will place known weight of at least 4000 lb.s on mixer.
32. Press the [ON] key.
33. Enter in the number of the known weight by pressing the [NET/GROSS] to change the value of the flashing digit, and [TARE] to change the position of the flashing digit in the number.
34. Once the correct weight has been entered, press the [ON]
key to enter the calibration number into the scale.
