CALIBRATION FOR EZ 2000V OR EZ 2000 USING TEST WEIGHTS

1. Power up the scale and allow to warm up for 5 minutes.
2. Press and hold the [NET/GROSS] key, then press the [ON] key until the scrolling message appears: PRESS SELECT FOR- MENU 1 –MENU- 2 MENU- 3- CALIBRATION- EXIT THEN PRESS ON
3. Press the [SELECT] key until CALIB appears on display, then press the [ON] key.
4. T CALB will appear, and then change to ON.
5. Press the [ON] key. ZERO will appear. Press the [NET/GROSS] key then press the [ZERO] key to zero balance the scale.
6. Press the [ON] key, ADD WEIGHT will appear. LOWER WEIGHT RACK ONTO MIXER.
7. Gross weight of the test rack will be displayed. Press the [ON] key.
8. CAL will be displayed, then the weight of test rack will be displayed with the first digit flashing.
9. To change the calibration number the [NET/GROSS] key will act as the VALUE INCREMENT key and the [TARE] key will change the position of the flashing number.
10. When the desired number is entered into the scale press the [ON] key
11. GOOD will be displayed, then the scrolling message in step #2 will be displayed.
12. Press the [SELECT] key until EXIT appears, then press the [ON] key. Scale will now display new calibrated gross weight. Remove test weight rack. Scale should display zero. Turn scale off.
