EATON 625 CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Turn the scale on by pressing the "ON" button and allow 5 minutes for warm up.

2. Zero balance the scale by using the coarse balance control located inside the scale indicator. Adjust the scale as close to zero as possible. (Figure 1)

3. Next press and hold the "TOTAL LOAD" and "ZERO" buttons for three seconds to zero the remaining value displayed on the indicator.

4. Add a known weight to the scale.

5. Adjust the calibration pot (Figure 2) until the known weight is displayed on the indicator.

6. Remove the weight from the scale.

7. If the display does not read zero after removing the weight, repeat steps 2 through 6 until the scale settles at zero when the weight is removed.
