WI-125 Brochure
The Weigh-Tronix WI-125 Batch Controller is the latest indicator built for
batching and filling applications.
The wall mounted NEMA 4 enclosure is available in either painted carbon steel or
stainless steel.
The unit is easily configured
� 2 speed single ingredient filling, e.g. Big bag filling
� 1 speed single ingredient filling, e.g. mixing/blending of 2 products.
Start button may be configured for auto tare on start-up for net filling
applications.
Features and benefits
Start/Stop interlock prevents restart once sequence complete and allows operator
to stop filling in case of a problem, e.g. burst bag.
Batching lamp illuminates during the filling operation, informing the operator
of the status.
Auto-Tare on start up can be configured to allow net weight filling. (Empty
container is tared) Third cutoff can be configured to prevent start up, unless
above a minimum weight, preventing the start of a filling cycle with an empty
scale.
Jog facility allows the operator to top up in case of an underfill.
RS 232 port available on Main board for connection of a printer or computer
Date and time available for use with printer or computer to form part of a
quality control system.
