
1040 Scale Indicator
The 1040 is a medium-featured batching indicator, with an easy to read 1.1
inch display, designed to help a progressive producer manage feed costs and

Alpha-Numeric Keypad & Display- allows user to spell out names or assign numbers for ingredients, rations, and pens.
Automatic Ration Adjustment- ensures proper ration balance and eliminates guesswork after first ingredient is
loaded. (on/off selectable)
Internal Memory- stores ingredients (100), recipes (100), pens (100) and completed batch records (last 100).
Accumulators- provides usage history of individual ingredients, recipes, and pens for inventory management.
Flexible Programming- gives choice of entering recipes by percentage, amount per ingredient, or amount per animal.
Six Digit ID- identifies truck or operator.
Audible/Visual Feedback- keypad and display provide feedback to reduce errors and confirm operator accuracy
when entering or editing data.
Automatic Mix- engages after last ingredient to ensure consistent blending
of every batch with programmable countdown timer.

Multiple I/O Ports - allows connection to other scale brands and external devices such as remote displays,
printers, memory module and PC.
Remote Displays - the RD64 (1.1" display) and RD64XL (2.0" display) connect to the indicator with choice of
cable lengths. Add the XM64 transmitter/receiver for wireless remote control of tare, gross/net or ingredient advance.
The RD64M is a compact unit ideal for mirror-mounting while the RD125-RF is a wireless unit that allows mounting inside loader cab
for ultimate convenience.
Transfer Data System - memory module and easy-to-use PC software combine to provide simple means of uploading/downloading
information between indicator and PC.
